Steps for Online Registration Renewal

1. Mobile Number Registration:
   First, the pharmacist must register his/her own mobile number on the Council’s online portal.
2. Apply for Renewal:
   After successful login, click on the “Renewal of Registration” link available on the website.
3. Payment of Renewal Fee:
   Pay the prescribed renewal fee online using any of the available payment methods.
4. Save Payment Receipt:
   After successful payment:
   • Take a printout of the payment receipt
   • Keep a scanned copy ready for uploading during the renewal process
5. Fill Application Form:
   Fill the prescribed Renewal Application Form with complete:
   • Personal details
   • Educational / qualification details
   • Professional details
6. Upload Documents:
   Upload all required documents strictly as per the prescribed size and format mentioned in the application form.
7. Preview & Verification:
   Preview the complete application form and carefully verify all entered details and uploaded documents.
8. Final Submission:
   Once verified, submit the renewal application form finally.
