Steps for Online Registration Renewal

Mobile Number Registration:
First, the pharmacist must register his/her own mobile number on the Council’s online portal.

Apply for Renewal:
After successful login, click on the “Renewal of Registration” link available on the website.

Payment of Renewal Fee:
Pay the prescribed renewal fee online using any of the available payment methods.

Save Payment Receipt:
After successful payment:
- Take a printout of the payment receipt
- Keep a scanned copy ready for uploading during the renewal process

Fill Application Form:
Fill the prescribed Renewal Application Form with complete:
- Personal details
- Educational / qualification details
- Professional details

Upload Documents:
Upload all required documents strictly as per the prescribed size and format mentioned in the application form.

Preview & Verification:
Preview the complete application form and carefully verify all entered details and uploaded documents.

Final Submission:
Once verified, submit the renewal application form finally.
Renewal Fee Details
- ₹ 200 – If renewal is completed on or before 31st March 2026
- ₹ 400 – If renewal is completed after 31st March 2026
Important: The renewal fee may vary if the pharmacist has not renewed registration in previous cycles.
The final fee payable depends on the year of last renewal as per Council rules.
Important Advisory
Do not apply for renewal using a mobile phone.
Use a laptop/desktop computer or visit a cyber café for smooth submission.
